These guidelines help maintain consistency in how Vitavo is perceived and ensure that all stakeholders represent the brand in a uniform manner.

In order to maintain the integrity, consistency, and professionalism of Vitavo's identity, all parties involved in the creation, distribution, or representation of Vitavo's assets must strictly adhere to the brand guidelines set forth. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the following consequences:

1. Immediate Rectification: The responsible party will be required to correct any non-compliant materials or actions within a specified timeframe at their own expense.

2. Revocation of Rights: In cases of repeated or severe non-compliance, Vitavo reserves the right to revoke any licensing, usage rights, or permissions granted to the responsible party, including the right to use Vitavo's intellectual property, logos, trademarks, or other brand assets.

3. Legal Action: Continuous or intentional failure to adhere to the brand guidelines may result in legal action to protect the integrity and reputation of Vitavo. The Company reserves the right to seek damages for any harm caused by improper use of its intellectual property.

4. Termination of Agreement: For contractors, vendors, or third parties, Vitavo may terminate any agreement or partnership if the brand guidelines are not followed.

By agreeing to work with Vitavo, all parties acknowledge that they have reviewed and understood the brand guidelines and commit to following them in all instances. Non-compliance will not be tolerated, and Vitavo reserves the right to take appropriate corrective or punitive measures as necessary.
