Vitavo is inspired by ‘Vita’ latin for life and ‘Vivo’ Italian for live – this reflects not only our original mission to improve access and uptake of vaccinations, but our expanding mission to improve access and uptake of preventative and routine health services.
We pronounce it Vee-Tah-Vo

No, all existing links will have will automatically redirect to the new link. There should be no disruption to the booking process. Please ensure QR codes are not distributed during the transition process as these will change.

From January 6 the address to access the admin portal will change from https:// admin.console.vaxapp.com.au to https://admin.console.vitavo.com.au
How do I contact the team during the transition?

The team will continue to be available on helpdesk@vaxapp.com.au until after the transition to ensure you have uninterrupted access to the team. We can also be contacted on 1300 068 463.
We will let you know when we transition to our new email addresses but rest assure our old email addresses will continue to work for 6 months.

Yes, your clients can continue to use the old links they used with VaxApp but they will notice a change. Changes will include:
The new Vitavo logo on the top of the client portal
Emails will now come from a Vitavo email address
SMS will now come from Vitavo
Charges for any paid vaccinations will come from Vitavo
Our client portal will be branded with "Vitavo (formerly VaxApp)" for several months to provide your end users with comfort that they are on the same platform they have come to know.

Links for all current schools will continue to work going forward but new links will be available from the 6th of January. We would encourage you to delay marketing until the 6th to ensure your schools get the new link they can continue to use for years to come.

Yes. All existing QR codes across Community, Schools, Workplaces and Pharmacies will be regenerated.
